                                      Report on Poster Making Competition on “Climate Change”

Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized a Poster Making Competition on the theme “Climate Change” on 26th May 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The competition was conducted as part of the institution’s commitment to promoting environmental awareness, creativity, and social responsibility among students.

The event provided a platform for students to express their understanding of climate change and its impact on the environment through innovative and artistic presentations. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 3rd Year BNYS students, who presented creative posters highlighting critical environmental issues such as global warming, pollution, deforestation, biodiversity loss, and sustainable living practices.

Through their artwork, students conveyed meaningful messages emphasizing environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, tree plantation, waste reduction, and the adoption of eco-friendly lifestyles. The posters reflected students’ awareness of current environmental challenges and their commitment to creating a greener and healthier future.

The competition encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and environmental consciousness among students. Faculty members appreciated the originality, innovation, and awareness reflected in the posters and motivated students to continue contributing towards environmental conservation initiatives.

Objectives of the Program

  • To create awareness about climate change and environmental sustainability.
  • To encourage students to express environmental concerns through creative art.
  • To promote awareness regarding global warming, pollution control, and conservation of natural resources.
  • To inspire students to adopt eco-friendly and sustainable lifestyle practices.
  • To develop creativity, social responsibility, and environmental consciousness among students.

Total No. of participants was 74.

The competition concluded successfully with active participation and enthusiastic involvement from students. The event effectively enhanced environmental awareness and motivated participants to contribute positively towards climate action and nature conservation.

Overall, the Poster Making Competition served as a meaningful educational initiative that combined creativity with social responsibility and strengthened students’ commitment towards building a sustainable future.
