On 13 July 2026, Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, conducted a Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) to strengthen communication between the institution and the parents regarding the academic progress and overall performance of the students.
The meeting aimed to provide parents with comprehensive updates on their child’s attendance, internal assessment marks, pending dues, academic performance, discipline, and overall development. Parents were encouraged to interact with the respective Class Coordinators, who discussed each student’s progress in detail and addressed their concerns and queries. Individual guidance and suggestions were provided to help students improve their academic performance and maintain regular attendance.
The programme witnessed active participation from 21 parents, who appreciated the opportunity to discuss their child’s progress directly with the faculty members. The interactive session helped establish a stronger partnership between the institution and the parents in supporting the students’ academic and personal growth.
The entire Parent–Teacher Meeting was meticulously planned and coordinated by Dr. Shruti Baid, Assistant Professor, MASCHNYS ensuring the smooth execution and effective management of all activities throughout the programme. The event concluded successfully with positive feedback from both parents and faculty members.
