Summer Initiatives at AICTE IDEA Lab: Hands-On Technical Training & 8-Week Industrial Internship
The AICTE IDEA Lab at the Faculty of Engineering & Technology (Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, announces two flagship skill-development programs designed to bridge academic concepts with real-world engineering. The Summer School of Technology–2026, organized under the theme “From Curiosity to Creation” from 1st June to 31st July 2026, offers specialized 6-day and 12-day hands-on modules tailored for school students (Class 8th onwards), diploma holders, and engineering undergraduates. Running alongside this initiative, the 8-Week Summer Internship Training Program provides rigorous, industry-oriented training scheduled from Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 04:00 PM) specifically tailored for B.Tech, Polytechnic, ITI, and MBA/BBA students, as well as any passionate innovator. Both programs offer an experiential roadmap covering machine design, fabrication, implementation, and testing across advanced domains—including CNC routing, CO₂ laser cutting and engraving, lathe cum milling machinery, PCB milling and basic electronics, 3D printing and scanning, AI/Machine Learning, IoT smart systems, Raspberry Pi and Arduino robotics, smart textiles, and startup entrepreneurship. Participants gain extensive lab exposure, work on mini and major product prototypes, enhance employability, and earn an official Certificate of Completion upon successful training.
