The Department of Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized an Alumni Expert Lecture on “From Campus to Classroom: Journey as a Teacher” on 30th October 2025 The session was organized under the guidance of Lieutenant Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kumar, Dean, Faculty of Education, and Dr. Indira Singh, Head of the Department of Education. The program was coordinated and hosted by Dr. Rubi, Assistant Professor, Department of Education. The invited resource person was Mr. Sujit Kumar, an alumnus of the Department of Education and presently working as a Bihar Public Service Commission TGT Teacher at U.M.B. Champapur Bakhiyarpur, Patna, Government School, Bihar. The session began with a formal welcome by the anchor followed by an inspiring address by Dean Lieutenant Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kumar and HOD Dr. Indira Singh. Mr. Sujit Kumar shared his valuable experiences, highlighting his transition from being a student to a government school teacher. He emphasized dedication, classroom challenges, and the importance of teacher preparation in shaping young minds. Students enthusiastically interacted with the alumnus during the question–answer session. The lecture provided practical insights and motivated pupil teachers to pursue excellence in their professional careers. The session concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Dr. Rubi and expressions of gratitude to the resource person and dignitaries.
