Extension Activity on “SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being – Healthy Habits, Healthy Future”
Meerut, October 31, 2025 — The Department of Physical Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully organized an Extension Activity on “SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being” on October 31, 2025, in Sindhawali Village, Rohta Bypass Road, Meerut.
The objective of this program was to raise awareness among rural residents and students about the importance of adopting healthy habits, regular exercise, a balanced diet, and maintaining mental and physical health. A total of 25 students actively participated in this activity, conducting a dialogue and awareness campaign on the topic “Healthy Habits, Healthy Future.”
Dr. Sandeep Kumar, Dean of the Faculty of Education, delivered his blessings at the event and encouraged students to spread health awareness in society. He said, “Good health is the foundation of a successful life, which can only be achieved through healthy habits.”
This extension activity was conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Ankit Singh Jadoun, Departmental Extension Activity Incharge. Dr. Jadoun said, “Adopting a healthy lifestyle not only strengthens our bodies but also provides mental peace and self-confidence.”
