Faculty Development Program on “Professional Skills”
Maharshi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, conducted a Faculty Development Program on “Professional Skills” at 11:00 AM on 14th January 2025. 6 faculties & 20 PGs benefited from this event.
Dr. Sneha Bharti, Lecturer, MASCHNYS welcomed the resource person Dr. Satish Kumar Arora with a brief introduction about the guest speaker. The resource person spoke about the keys to professional skills, and develop professional skills. He also explained different teaching methods to improve the professional skills of students and the Importance of improving professional skills. Professional skills teach you to direct, guide, and motivate a team to work toward a common goal. A good professional requires thinking, planning, creativity, analysis, innovation, accountability, hard work, inspiration, and integration. If we have good professional skills, the team’s work will be smooth and successful, and both leaders and leadership members will achieve satisfaction.
