NABZZ Report on Four-Day Inter-Club Event Series (21–24 April 2026)

Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully organized a four-day inter-club event series from 21st to 24th April 2026, providing a dynamic platform for students to showcase their talents across innovation, sports, literature, and culture.

Day 1: 21st April 2026 – Innovation & Indoor Activities

The first day of the event series was coordinated by the Innovation Club and Sports Club and was conducted at the college premises. The day began with intellectually stimulating activities such as the Idea Hackathon and Working Models/Start-up Competition, where students presented innovative ideas and entrepreneurial concepts.

Literary competitions including Debate, Elocution, Essay Writing, and Research Poster Presentation highlighted the analytical and communication skills of the participants. Students demonstrated confidence, critical thinking, and creativity in their presentations.

Indoor sports competitions such as Chess, Badminton, and Table Tennis added a competitive spirit to the day. The badminton and table tennis matches were held at the Kotnis Boys Hostel, where participants displayed excellent sportsmanship and enthusiasm.

Day 2: 22nd April 2026 – Outdoor Sports Events

The second day, organized by the Sports Club, took place at the General Mohan Singh Ground and focused on outdoor sports and athletic events. The day was filled with energy and excitement as students actively participated in traditional games like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and Tug of War.

Track and field events including 100 meters race, 4×100 meters relay, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, and Javelin Throw showcased the physical strength, agility, and determination of the participants. The competitions encouraged teamwork, discipline, and a healthy competitive spirit among students.

Day 3: 23rd April 2026 – Literary & Creative Activities

The third day, coordinated by the Literary Club, was conducted at the college level and focused on creativity and expression. A special event titled Rashtra Nirman, featuring video compilations on the life events of Indian freedom fighters, inspired students with patriotic values and historical awareness.

Other competitions included Photography, Cooking without Fire, Painting, and Mehendi, allowing students to explore their artistic talents. Participants displayed originality, creativity, and dedication in their work.

The day also featured a Cricket match held at the Gyani Preetam Singh Playground, where students demonstrated teamwork and sportsmanship, adding excitement to the day’s activities.

Day 4: 24th April 2026 – Cultural Events

The final day of the event series was organized by the Cultural Club at the Maharani Laxmi Bai Auditorium. The day was a grand celebration of art and culture, featuring events such as Dance, Group Theatre/Drama, Street Play, Fashion Show, Clay Modelling, Mandala/Calligraphy, Singing Competition, and Instrumental Competition.

Students delivered captivating performances, showcasing their talent, confidence, and creativity. The cultural presentations entertained the audience while also conveying meaningful messages through art and performance.

All events were conducted under the supervision of judges, and winners were declared with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions based on their performance.

The four-day event series concluded on a successful and memorable note. It provided students with an excellent platform to explore their talents beyond academics while fostering teamwork, creativity, and a spirit of healthy competition. The event truly reflected the institution’s commitment to holistic development.

The smooth execution of the program was ensured by the dedicated efforts of the coordinators, with Sports Coordinators Dr. Abhijith K.B, Assistant Professor  and Dr. Gaurav Pathak, Assistant Professor and Cultural Coordinators Dr. Jyoti Madhur and Dr. Yaikhom Monika chanu, Tutor whose contributions played a significant role in the overall success of the event.
