French Quiz

Rahul Sankrityayan Subharti School of Linguistics and Foreign Languages successfully conducted an activity on French Quiz on 28.1.2025 2:00-4:00 P.M. at Department of Languages. The event aimed to enhance students’ knowledge of the French language and culture while promoting interactive and engaging learning experiences, to encourage students to develop an interest in the French language, and to test and improve students’ proficiency in French vocabulary, grammar, and general knowledge.
The quiz was open to French Language students for level –A1 in French. A total of 6 students Samia, Vikhyat, Srishti, Ananaya, Ayushi, Prachi participated ensuring knowledge and skills. The quiz consisted of multiple
The quiz consisted of questions including General Knowledge Questions related to French history, geography, and culture and Grammar and Vocabulary for testing proficiency in French language rules and vocabulary.
French Trainer Ms. Jyoti Yadav was the panel as an expert and she evaluated the responses and maintained the scoring. The participants were awarded points based on accuracy, pronunciation, and comprehension.
Dr. Rafat Khanam, in-charge of English and Foreign Languages congratulated all the participants for scoring good marks and motivated them to proceed for level A2 and enhance French language skills.
The French Quiz activity filled students with an enjoyable and educational experience. It not only reinforced their linguistic abilities but also deepened their appreciation of French culture. The event was appreciated by Dr. Seema Sharma , Head of Department of Languages. Faculty members Dr. Rajeshwar Pal, Dr. Ranveer, Dr. Ashish , Dr. Nishi, Ms. Sanya , and French Students graced the event with their presence.
