FRESHERS PARTY – AARAMBH 2024

The Freshers Party, AARAMBH-2024, was organized by the senior students of Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management on 28th September 2024 (Saturday). The event aimed to warmly welcome the junior students of the various programmes offered at the college, including BHMCT, MHMCT, DFPB, B.Sc. CA, and B.Voc in H&T.
The celebration began with a solemn Saraswati Vandana and the ceremonial lamp lighting, performed by the faculty members and students. After that Dr. Shiv Mohan Verma, the Head of Institution at BCSCHM, gave a speech. He talked about the importance of celebrating the Fresher’s Party, noting that it is a key moment in the students’ academic journeys. He encouraged the freshers to face the challenges ahead with enthusiasm and determination, motivating them to take advantage of the opportunities that await them. His inspiring words created a positive atmosphere for the event and helped build a sense of community and support among all attendees. The event was filled with lively performances and engaging activities such as singing, group acts, games, dance performances, and shayari, performed by both seniors and freshers. One of the highlights of the party was the ramp walk competition, where the freshers showcased their confidence and style.
To crown the event, a contest was held to select Mr. Fresher and Miss Fresher. After a series of questions from the judges, Ms. Raushani Kumari was awarded as Miss Fresher and Mr. Suhaib Akhter was awarded as Mr. Fresher for the session 2024.
The party saw enthusiastic participation from students across various courses, making it a vibrant and lively gathering. The presence of the faculty members further elevated the significance of the event, as they joined in to celebrate alongside the students. Dr. Indraneel Bose, Dr. Ankit Srivastava, Mr. Saurabh Tripathi, Mr. Vikas Sharma, Mr. Yajvendra Singh, Mrs. Garima Jain Goel, Mr. Rohil Bhatnagar were present during the event
Their support and active involvement contributed to the overall success of AARAMBH-2024, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for the freshers.
The hosts for the event were Ms. Iram Khan and Ms. Gunjan, who gracefully steered the program. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs. Garima Jain Goel, expressing her gratitude to all the students, club members & faculty for their efforts in making AARAMBH-2024, the Freshers’ Party, a memorable day.
