The Faculty of Law, Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully organized a two-day International Conference on “An Integrated Approach to Legal Philosophy and Religion for a Sustainable Global Society” on 8th–9th November 2025. The Conference aimed to create a global academic dialogue exploring the interconnections between law, philosophy, and religion in the pursuit of peace, justice, and sustainable social order. Scholars, jurists, and academicians from the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Ukraine, Croatia, Vietnam, and India participated, sharing diverse cultural and jurisprudential perspectives.
Conclusion:
The two-day International Conference successfully achieved its objective of fostering a global academic exchange on the interrelationship between legal philosophy, religion, and sustainability. The presence of distinguished scholars and speakers from across six nations added immense intellectual value and interdisciplinary depth. The deliberations culminated in a shared academic understanding that law, when integrated with moral and spiritual consciousness, becomes a true instrument of peace, justice, and human dignity — the foundation of a sustainable global society.
Objectives:
1. To foster interdisciplinary dialogue integrating law, philosophy, and religion for achieving a sustainable and just global order.
2. To explore the ethical and spiritual dimensions of legal systems in addressing contemporary global challenges.
3. To encourage scholarly exchange among international jurists, academicians, and researchers on moral and jurisprudential issues.
4. To examine the role of constitutional morality and religious ethics in advancing peace, justice, and human dignity.
5. To promote academic collaboration aimed at developing innovative jurisprudential models grounded in compassion, equity, and sustainability.
