Pharma Anveshan 2024
On March 6, 2024, Kharvel Subharti College of Pharmacy, Meerut, organized a PCI-sponsored national conference, “Pharma Anveshan-2024,” themed “Leveraging Synergism: Industry-Academia Partnership for Implementation of National Education Policy, 2020.” Held on National Pharmacy Education Day in memory of Dr. M.L. Schroff, the Father of Indian Pharmacy Education, the conference attracted over 295 participants, including deans, principals, teachers, research scholars, and students. The event began with an inaugural session at the Satyajit Ray Auditorium, featuring the lighting of the lamp and addresses by Dr. Abhay Shankar M Gowda, Hon’ble Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Vibhu Sahni, Guest of Honour, who emphasized NEP 2020’s importance in pharmacy education. The conference included lectures by eminent speakers like Prof. Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya, Dr. Neeraj Fuloria, and Dr. Jay Prakash, covering topics such as NEP implementation, research grants, and pharmacovigilance. Poster presentations, a panel discussion, and a valedictory session rounded out the program, with winners honored by distinguished faculty members. Dr. Rupesh Kumar Pandey delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the guests, sponsors, and organizing committees for their dedication and success in delivering a well-received event.
