The poster for the grand annual fashion show “Design Castle 2023,” to be held at Nandlal Bose Subharti College of Fine Arts and Fashion Design, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University on April 27, was launched.
The Pro-Vice Chancellor of Subharti University, Dr. Abhay Shankaregowda, the Principal of Fine Art College, Dr.
Pintu Mishra, the Head of Fashion Design Department, Dr. Neha Singh, the Head of the Fine Arts Department, Dr. Pooja Gupta, the Head of the Performing Arts Department, Dr.
Bhawna Grover, and the Head of the Animation Department, Dr. Vidhi Khandelwal, launched the poster for Design Castle 2023.
The honourable vice chancellor, Dr. G.K. Thapliyal, and honourable CEO, Dr.
Shalya Raj, extended their best wishes for the success of the fashion show. On April 27, 2023, Annual Fashion Show Design Castle 2023 is going to be organised by the Department of Fashion Design, Faculty of Fine Arts College in Subharti University. Before the fashion show, a one-week grooming workshop will also be organised from April 20 to 26, in which all the students will be taught personality building, camera-facing stage poses, and tricks to become successful models. Fashion show is based on various themes based on summer shimmer, in which the creative work of the graduate and postgraduate students of fashion design will be displayed and their creative work will be encouraged. Fashion experts, designers, choreographers, etc. from all over the country, including Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, and Gurgaon, would enhance the knowledge of fashion students by participating in the workshop and fashion show. In today’s time, the fashion industry is the biggest, and there is more demand for models, choreographers, and creative people in this field. For this reason, at the Fine Arts College of Subharti University, students are taught painting and creative knowledge along with becoming familiar with Indian culture. They are being made talented by familiarising themselves with the fashion going on at the present time in fashion, dance, etc. so that they can go ahead and make themselves and the country famous in the world of fashion. Show Director Choreographer Kapil Gauhri said that in the world of fashion, confidence is the key that leads to the pinnacle of success, but along with confidence, it is also necessary to have skill and ability, and for this purpose, the models will be groomed at Design Castle.
