Training & Placement Department of Subharti University, Meerut organized three days high impact Training sessions and a Job Readiness Workshop on Soft Skills, Communication, and Aptitude by specialized experts from Global Talent Track Foundation under the CSR activity of BARCLAYS ( A UK Based MNC). The Workshop and Training Sessions were taken up by Mr. Lalit Hundalani. Lalit Hundalani is India’s leading life transformation coach and Amazon best-selling author of the book Hacking The Productivity. He is currently on a mission to help 1 Million people transform their lives via books, coaching, courses, and consulting. The Training provided to students helped them to acquire new skills, sharpen existing ones, perform better, increase productivity and be better leaders. A training program helps you reinforce your skills and acts as an impetus for improvement. Since an Educational organization is the sum total of what students achieve individually, organizations should do everything in their power to ensure that students perform at their peak. In the line with achieving the said target the Placement and Job Readiness Workshop was organized which proved a great success. Of the students who attended the Workshop, 30 students will be shortlisted for a personal visit to Barclays Noida for one-to-one interaction with Barclays India level Officials. This will help students get a better and more pragmatic perspective of what they are learning today. Students gained a lot from the workshop and also enjoyed the company of the great Life Coach Lalit Hundalani. The students were so motivated that they even requested that more such sessions should be organized in the future.
