Workshop on the topic “AWS DevOps” Faculty of Engineering and Technology
A workshop was organized at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut in association with APPWARS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Noida on 20th February 2023 on the topic “AWS DevOps”. Keynote speaker in the session was Mr. Aman Arya working as Corporate Trainer. More than 70 students of Faculty of Engineering & Technology participated with enthusiasm in this session.
The keynote speaker provided detailed knowledge on AWS DevOps. He explained about the of DevOps culture, continuous integration, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodeBuildcurrent and future prospects of DevOps. He discussed how to effectively leverage various AWS services to improve developer productivity and reduce the overall time to market for new product capabilities. In this session, a prescriptive approach to incrementally adopt and embrace some of the best practices around continuous integration and delivery using AWS developer tools. It was a wondrous opportunity for the students to know the widespread possibilities in cloud.
By educating the students about the latest technologies now available on the market, this workshop aims to make it simpler for them to find employment in the future. The workshop ended with a question/answer session.
The workshop was organized under the supervision of Dean (Dr.) Manoj Kapil and Head of Department Dr. Shravan Kumar Garg at Faculty of Engineering and Technology. Dean (Dr.) Manoj Kapil inspired the students and appreciated the keynote speaker Mr. Aman Arya. Er. Ashima and Er. Simarpreet Kaur played a key role in successfully organizing the session.

- To introduce DevOps culture and practices in the AWS
- To Explore deployment strategies for serverless applications
- To Adopt and enforce Continuous Integration and Delivery on AWS
- To Describe terminology and concepts related to AWS services
