COMPETITION ON “BEING EXPRESSIVE ABOUT CYBER AWARENESS “ ORGANIZED AT SUBHARTI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING, SVSU, MEERUT
The Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering organized a Competition on “BEING EXPRESSIVE ABOUT CYBER AWARENESS “on 05-01-2022 as the 1st Wednesday of each month will be celebrated as “Cyber Jaagrookta Diwas”. Students of every department got an opportunity to broaden their knowledge about Cyber Security Frauds through Blended Mode. It was an opportunity for all the B.
Tech/ M.Tech students to spread awareness about Passwords and Authentication, Physical security, Mobile Device Security, Working Remotely, Public Wi-Fi of Cyber Security. More than 30 students participated from all the specializations.
The winners of the competition were Praduman first position, Shalini Suman 1st runner up, and Anjali Krishna Murti 2nd runner up.
The event was organized under the supervision of Dr. Shravan Garg. The competition was arranged in such a way that every student got an opportunity to express their knowledge. Dr. Manoj Kapil, Principal, SITE, SVSU congratulated winners and said, ” Cyber security awareness is important for end-users to know about the cyber security threats their networks face, the risks they introduce, and mitigating security best practices to guide their behavior.
