Dr. Neha Singh Honored with
Women Empowerment Award 2024

Dr. Neha Singh, Head of the Department of Fashion and Textile Design at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, was recognized with the prestigious Symbol of Women Empowerment Award 2024. The honor was conferred at the “Mahila Shakti Samagam” event, organized by The Growing People NGO, BVG, and Meerut Municipal Corporation at IIMT University on March 7th.

Fifty-one outstanding women, including Dr. Neha Singh, were acknowledged for their remarkable contributions across various fields. The award ceremony, graced by dignitaries like the Mayor of Meerut Mr. Harikant Ahluwalia, Municipal Commissioner of Meerut, Mr. Pramod Kumar, Director of IIMT University, Dr. Mayank Agarwal, and Director of The Growing People, Ms. Aditi Chandra and other dignitaries underscored the significance of recognizing women’s achievements.
