Fresher Party-2024
The students of Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law organized this fresher party of 2024 for their juniors (BA.LL.B. & LL.M.) of Batch 2024 was a big success. The day was filled with thrill, drama, emotions and was full of entertainment. All the guests were welcomed with a sapling and a token of respect and the seniors welcomed new entrants by putting a Roli Teeka on their forehead and with an appreciation gift to choose the Subharti Institute of Law of Subharti University.
Event Highlights:-
- Welcome of the Guests:-The event began at 1 PM with the students welcoming the teachers. Then the programme started with the lamp lightening done by Prof. (Dr.) Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya, Dean & Principal, Faculty of Law, Dr. Shashai Raj Teotia, Chief proctor, SVSU, Mr. Anuj Pradhan, representative, Dean Students Welfare, SVSU and the faculty members before Goddess Saraswati. Ankita of 2nd yr recited prayer before Goddess Saraswati during the lamp lightning. Auditorium was beautifully decorated with red & black balloons, posters of the movies, etc, reflecting the theme of Bollywood.
- Cultural Performances: – The students of Batch 2023 organized a variety of cultural performances for their juniors of Batch 2024.
o Dance Performances:- Various students like Kareena, Madhu, Lavi Malik, Siddhant Singh Patel, Tanu Shree, Jiya Sharma, Zahira, Vaidehi, Komal, Diya Singh, Smriti Anand etc. showcased their dancing talent, which mesmerized the audience. During the programme International Students like Ms. Bethel Kamanena, Ms. Abigail Maswaure and Mr. George Selestine gave wonderful dance performances on Indian songs and looted the whole gathering.
o Fun Games:- Seniors have organised fun games which was hosted by Jiya Sharma and Ritika Gupta to create a friendly environment with their juniors.
▪ Musical performance: – Few talented students showed their talent by singing.
▪ Student Speeches and poetry: – Selected students shared heartfelt speeches and poetry, expressing their gratitude.
- Blessings:–
Sh. Anuj Pradhaan, from the office of University Students Grievance and Welfare welcomed the students and gave his blessing. Then he said that if any of the students is having any grievances and not able to get the solution then he/ she may approach him. He assured the students that he would definitely do all efforts to give the solution for the same.
Dr. Shashi Raj Teotia, Chief Proctor, welcomed all the new entrants and said you are very lucky as you chose the best private university for your higher studies, as the university is having the motto of ‘Shiksha, Sewa, Sanskaar and Rashtriyataa’. In other words, we can say that our university is working towards producing law-abiding citizens. It is expected from all of you that you will always follow the rules and regulations as made by the university to maintain the discipline.
Prof (Dr) Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya Dean & Principal warmly welcome all the newcomers to the Subharti family and emphasize that the growth of an effective educational system heavily relies on dedicated faculty members, quality facilities, supportive administration, an extensive range of learning resources, and, importantly, diligent and talented students. Additionally, he mentioned that everyone is expected to attend classes regularly. Attending each class offers numerous advantages, including not missing crucial information, clarifying your understanding of course material, fostering a stronger relationship with the instructor, and enhancing your preparation for examinations.
Closing Speech: Prof (Dr) Reena Bishnoi, delivered an inspiring and heartfelt closing speech, expressing immense pride in the students for organizing a meaningful and well executed celebration and praised the students for their creativity, teamwork, and gratitude shown throughout the event. The speech concluded with a call for continued inspiration, collaboration, and excellence within the learning community.
Closing Ceremony:-The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the student. During the program Dr. Sarika Tyagi, Dr. Prem Chandra, Prof. (Dr) Sartaj Ahamad, Dr. Rafat Khanam, Dr. Seema Sharma, Afreen Almas, Ana Sisodia, Dr. Ajayraj Singh, Sonal Jain, Arshad Alam, Ashutosh Deshwal and Harshit were present. Non-teaching staff of Subharti Law College, without whose special efforts this program could not take its shape, made all their best efforts for the success of this event. All the students like Vikhyaat Singh, Siddhant Singh Patel, Jiya Sharma, Pawni Arora, Madhu Mishra, Sanyam Goel, Kasak Sirohi, Shubhanshu Mishra, Mansi, Jahnvi Saini, etc. as the organizers of the event made great efforts & contributed for the successful completion of the event. The freshers were given the opportunity to share their experience. A beautiful day, marked with happiness & expectations, lots of love, hopes, and was followed by lunch.
