A guest lecture of Dr. VP Singh, Professor Emeritus was organized on 15/09/2022 in Medical Council Hall for final year MBBS students, Interns and Residents. The topic of Lecture was as follows:
- A Perioperative Medicine – A New Concept
- Alternative Options for Interns and Residents who fail to crack Regular PG Examination
In the lecture Dr V P Singh Sir gave a brief about the topic and threw light on the upcoming concept of Perioperative Medicine. He told that this concept is already being followed in many countries and that he is working on to bring this concept in Indian medical teaching and Medical Profession.
In the second topic about PG examination, sir told the interns about the lternative options other than persuing regular PGs such as some diplomas and other courses that give aspirants equal opportunities as MD Doctor.
He told that its better to persue other options than to feel disheartened and lose hope.
