Participation in
National Paryavaran Competition (NSPC)

The National Paryavaran Competition (NSPC) is an online event organized by Paryavaran  Sanrakshan Gatividhi (PSG) in collaboration with Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Subject Expert  Group-Environment and Sustainable Resource Management and promoted by the University  Grants Commission (UGC) with the aim of fostering environmental awareness among students.  Under the guidance of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Subharti University, all colleges  have been directed to encourage student participation in this competition, which ran from July  1st to August 21st, 2024. The competition required participants to register online and if possible  to sow 10 seeds, and upload photos of their efforts. In addition, students participated in an  online quiz, available in multiple languages that tested their knowledge of environmental issues.  In our college, a total of 119 students actively participated in the competition. They not only  completed the required tasks but also gained valuable insights into environmental conservation  through this initiative. All participants were awarded e-certificates for their contribution. The  event was a resounding success, as evidenced by the enthusiastic participation and the positive  feedback received from the students.
