South Korea Hosts International HI-Wellness Festa: SVSU Delegates Shine
The Government of South Korea successfully organized the International HI-Wellness Festa from October 3rd to 6th, 2024, at Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The festival gathered wellness enthusiasts, practitioners, and researchers from around the world to promote health and holistic well-being.
A prominent delegation from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU), Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, was invited to participate in this global event. The SVSU team consisted of 09 members, including 03 faculty members and 06 postgraduate students from the Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences. The group showcased ancient Indian healing practices, including Naturopathy, Yoga, and Ayurveda, aligning with the event’s goal of promoting wellness and sustainable health.
Throughout the four-day festival, the SVSU delegates conducted demonstrations of traditional therapies that combined physical, mental, and emotional healing techniques. Treatments and consultations provided by the SVSU team addressed a wide range of health issues, with several attendees from South Korea reporting immediate relief from their conditions after receiving therapy.
