Wellness Session on Mental Health and Hygiene
Sardar Patel Subharti Law Institute, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut under the direction of Director of the Subharti Law College Mr. Rajesh Chandra (Former Justice, Prayagraj, High Court, Uttar Pradesh) and under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya, Dean, Subharti law college and with the initiative and support of Dr. Reena Bishnoi, a wellness Session for girl students was organized on the topic “Mental Health and Hygiene, specially for girls students. Ms. Afreen Almas addressed the gathering and told that environment, they often encounter various stressors and adjustments. Ensuring positive mental health and hygiene during this crucial period is essential for their academic success and personal development. This program is outlined for integrating mental health and hygiene among students. If you can maintain good mental health and Hygiene, you’ll lead a life with less stress by adopting and following the tips, you’ll be ready for any hard situation and though the situation is hard, you’ll overcome it with ease. She told the audience the significance of personal hygiene. The talk included advice on maintaining daily hygiene routines, the impact of good hygiene on preventing illnesses, and encouraged them for proper hand washing and use of proper disposal of sanitary napkins etc. and college gives you an environment and it is your duty to make it a good environment for others also. The goal was to educate participants on how small changes in their daily habits can lead to significant health benefits. Mental and psychological well-being encompasses the way you feel about yourself, but also the way you deal with external situations and the quality of your work. The wellness session successfully addressed crucial aspects of mental health and hygiene, providing participants with actionable knowledge and encouraging a proactive approach towards personal hygiene. Session was ended with a vote of thanks.
