The Moot Court Association 2021-2022 organized a Workshop for the First and Second-year students of B.A.LL.B. It was held on 18/December/2021.
The Workshop was on – HOW TO MAKE A MEMORIAL. This Workshop was organized under the guidance of Ms.
Afreen Almas(Faculty Convener of MCA) and Ms. Ana Sisodia(Faculty Convener of MCA). Total 50 students marked their presence in the workshop of 1st and 2nd year.
The Workshop was taken by – Bhawini Kaushalya (Student of 4th Year). She explained the basics of the Memorial. She explained to students the importance of correct jurisdiction in any memorial or case. Also, Ms. Ana Sisodia(Faculty Convener of MCA) taught students not to panic in making the memorial because it is a part of the learning process. Many students raised their questions, which were duly explained by Ms. Ana Sisodia and Bhawani. Also, students asked for one more workshop related to different jurisdictions given under various statutes.
The outcome of Workshop:
• Students could now determine jurisdiction in the memorial making.
• Now they know the basic format of the memorial.
• They are able to now understand, how issues and arguments are framed.
