REPORT ON FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (FDP)
Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College successfully organized a three-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) for newly appointed faculty members and members from mentee institute from 27th September 2025 to 30th September 2025, scheduled daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The theme of the programme was focused on enhancing knowledge and skills in the areas of clinical teaching process, clinical practices, and community processes. The programme commenced with an inaugural ceremony, graced by the presence of eminent dignitaries. The inauguration was formally conducted by Dr. Seema Bushra, Academic Dean, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, and Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Principal, Subharti Nursing College, in the esteemed presence of senior faculty members, mentors, and delegate representatives. Following the inauguration, Pretest were conducted. The first scientific session was delivered by Assistant Professor Josy Jose, setting the tone for the entire programme. Subsequently, a series of insightful and interactive sessions were conducted by distinguished mentors including Assistant Professor Komal, Assistant Professor Shivani, Assistant Professor Saral, Assistant Professor Shweta, and Assistant Professor Rakesh. Each session was designed to enrich the participants with innovative approaches, practical insights, and effective strategies related to clinical and community teaching. The three-day programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of all speakers, organizers, and participants. A total of 20 faculties from Subharti nursing college and mentee institute were attended. The FDP came to a close with a post-test and group photograph session, marking the successful culmination of an engaging and enriching academic event.
