“Career & Entrepreneurs Skills, Opportunities, Challenges: NEP 2020 in Teacher Education”
Career Counselling Cell , in collaboration with Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh organised a Special Guest Lecture on “Career & Entrepreneurs Skills, Opportunities, Challenges:NEP 2020 in Teacher Education” on 24-09-2024 at regional level under the University Career Counselling Cell, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
The objective of the guest lecture were Career Enhancement (Opprtunities,Challenges) in concern of NEP2020 in Teacher Education, as well as search better opprtunities,challenges in Entrepreneurship in the field Teacher Education. Major General G.K.Thapliyal,Vice Chancellor, Swami Vivekanand, Subharti University, Meerut and Prof.(Dr.) Shalya Raj.Chief Executive Officer, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University sent their blessings and congratulated the organising committee to organised such a informative guest lecture.
The speaker of the guest lecture was Prof. (Dr.) Suraksha Bansal, KishanThis Institute of Teacher Education, (CCS University, and Meerut). Prof. (Dr) Anoj Raj, Acting Dean, Faculty of Education, while giving his best wishes to all the participants of the guset lecture. The lecture was started with a traditional ceremony of lamp lighting in front of Maa Saraswati. Dr. Reeba Devi, assistant professor, coordinator of Career Counselling Cell and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Department of Education and Convener of the Guest Lecture, gave a brief introduction of the guest speaker, also shared her views on the importance of the topic of the guest lecture.
The guest speaker shared the challenges in the field of education in the context of NEP 2020, which may be necessary for career and entrepreneurship, and said that if you want to be successful, then you should know how to complete the work in a listed manner. To make a career in government, non-government sector, systematicity and hard work is very important. In today’s context, it is very important to know how to use our achievements to get success. The chief guest speaker further said that there is no shortcut to success, you should keep trying continuously to keep moving ahead in life. For success in any field, success can definitely be achieved by working seriously on one’s goals and working on them.
As the last part of the guest lecture, Professor (Dr). Indira Singh thanked the teachers, non-teaching staff members and all the participants present directly and indirectly and said that efforts will be made to keep sharing information among students through such events in future as well. Vedika Verma, student of B.El.Ed. 7th Semester collect the praised from the participants for her effective anchoring. All the students present in the guest lecture quenched their query to getting the answer in based their querry.all participated filled the feedback form and agreed to have such programs in future. Sixty participants along with faculty members get benefited from the lecture. This lecture remained successful from the collective efforts of all participants
