Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized a training program on “Code of Conduct” on 8th April 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Yoga Hall.
The objective of the program was to create awareness among students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff regarding professional ethics and appropriate behaviour in an academic environment. The session emphasized the importance of understanding and following the dos and don’ts essential for maintaining discipline and professionalism.
A total of 112 participants attended the training program. The resource person for the session was Dr. Seema Dixit, Associate Professor, who delivered an informative lecture on the importance of adhering to a Code of Conduct in both academic and professional settings. She highlighted key aspects such as respect, responsibility, integrity, punctuality, and ethical behaviour.
The session also focused on building a safe, respectful, and productive educational environment through a well-defined framework of expected behaviour for all members of the institution. Participants were encouraged to actively engage and clarify their doubts, making the session interactive and insightful.
The program concluded with an emphasis on the importance of following institutional guidelines and maintaining a positive and disciplined academic culture.
