Skill Development Training Programme for University Non-Teaching Staff
To enhance the operational and interpersonal skills of the non-teaching staff, Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management organized a 03 Days Skill Development Training Programme. This initiative aimed at equipping the staff with essential service skills to foster a professional and welcoming environment within the university.
Objectives:
- To improve Food & Beverage service skills.
- To foster better guest interaction and hospitality practices.
- To instill confidence and professionalism among non-teaching staff.
Programme Overview:
The training was conducted over three days, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical sessions. Trainers demonstrated essential skills in food and beverage service, emphasizing attention to detail and excellence in service delivery.
Highlights:
- Day 1 & 2 (01:30 PM – 04:00 PM): Sessions on foundational principles of food and beverage service, followed by interactive practical exercises.
- Day 3 (09:00 AM – 12:00 Noon): Final day focused on advanced techniques, role-playing scenarios, and practical evaluations.
Trainers:
The sessions were led by Mr. Saurabh Tripathi and Dr. Ankit Srivastava, who shared their expertise with enthusiasm and dedication.
Participants:
A total of 26 non-teaching staff from various colleges and administrative offices participated in the programme.
