Workshop on
“Team Building and Collaboration Activities”
A workshop on the topic “Team Building and Collaboration Activities” was organized in the Department of Physical Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. The main objective of this workshop was to make the students aware about the importance of teamwork and collaboration. The program started with Saraswati Vandana and lighting of the lamp by the guests. After that, Head of the Education Department, Dr. Anoj Raj presented his welcome address to the keynote speaker. Ms Poonam Bhardwaj (BCCI Coach) and PGT Physical Education, Shiv Nadar School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh were present as key speakers in this workshop.
The workshop taught students the skills of working in a team through various activities and exercises. Several interactive sessions based on the principles of team building were conducted by keynote speaker Ms Poonam Bhardwaj.In which students participated enthusiastically and shared their experiences. Such workshops are not only important in the field of physical education but they also prove helpful in the personal and professional development of the students. The successful conduct of this workshop was an important initiative of the Department of Physical Education of the University, aimed at promoting mutual cooperation and teamwork among the students. All the teachers of Physical Education Department and Education Department were present on this occasion.
