Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College organized the occasion of World Tuberculosis day. The program was started with the inaugural session and lamp lighting by Chief guest Dr. Sukhbir Singh consultant tuberculosis and chest department, Dr. Geeta Parwanda Dean principal and Nursing superintendent Mrs. Sanju Solanki and Associate Professor Mr. Deepak. This program initiated by Assistant professor Mr. Suraj department of Medical Surgical nursing, Introduced the speaker and welcomed the participants.
Dr. Sukhbir Singh consultant tb & chest department gave a guest lecture on tuberculosis yes: we can end tb. This program was organized in view to enhance the knowledge on prevention, awareness and treatment of tuberculosis among nursing students. Around 80 students were participated from B.sc nursing IV semester and G.N.M. IInd year. After that B.sc nursing IVth semester students performed a role play to aware the patients on Yes; we can end tb under the supervision by Assistant lecturer Mrs. LIncy. Then after the completion of program mementos were given to the dignitaries which was followed by Vote of thanks by Dr. Geeta Parwanda Dean & Principal. The program was successfully organised under the guidance of Dr. Geeta Parwanda Dean & Principal of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College
